Did the back part today actually. After a morning of 5 hours on the golf course my legs needed a break. Back's going to be very sore tomorrow.
15 Reverse grip chin ups
8 Wide grip pullups
12 Close grip overhead pullups
8 Switch grip pullups
16 Reverse grip chin ups
6 Wide grip pullups
10 Close grip overhead pullups
8 Switch grip pullups
No assisted pullups today. Did as much as I could on my own.
Finished with abs, nothing too remarkable.
